EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY The Tipton Home is currently looking for a dedicated Christian couple/family to be full-time, live in House Parents. REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma (or equivalent) Valid driver's license with a good driving record RESPONSIBILITIES (this is a partial listing): Provide twenty-four (24) hour care and supervision of children Provide basic physical needs and emotional security for children in care Assist children in learning basic skills of daily living such as meal preparation, clothing care, household responsibilities, etc. Organize and supervise daily cottage activities Provide structure and implement age appropriate rules, privileges, and consequences on an individual basis for each child Prepare nutritional meals according to approved meal plans Assess clothing and hygiene needs of children in care and work to meet those needs Model high personal and professional treatment standards by communicating openly with staff and exercising mature judgment |
